Gourmet Sandwich Menu – Wednesday

1.Melted Cheese Sandwich – butter, white bread, bocconcini, fresh basil, vine tomato, plain flour, egg and bread crumbs. (V) $5.00

2.Salami and Swiss cheese bagel – plain bagel, whole-egg mayonnaise, baby rocket, gruyere cheese, gherkins, Danish salami and American mustard. $6.00

3.Summer Salad Sandwich – Beetroot, multigrain bread, butter lettuce, carrot, Swiss cheese, tomato, avocado, alfalfa sprouts and hummus. (V) $5.00

4.Chicken and Bacon Club Sandwich – chicken breast, egg, olive oil, bacon, multigrain bread, butter, Dijon mustard, tomato and butter lettuce. $7.00

5.Smoked Salmon and Avocado Sandwich with dill caper mayo – whole-egg mayonnaise, shallot, baby capers, dill, lemon juice, sliced stone baked sourdough, avocado, mixed salad leaves, smoked salmon and Lebanese cucumber. (V) $6.00

(V) - Vegetarian

NOTE: Orders are to be placed and paid for at the front office by COB every Thursday.

*To place an order you need to pay for and write your name and the type of sandwich you want on the front of a paper bag located at the front office, which will be collected at the COB every Thursday.

*If you wish to remove some of the ingredients on your chosen sandwich, please state this on your order.

*Any of the bread types can be substituted for Gluten free options, just write it on your order.

All sandwiches will be available for collection at 1.05pm from the Class Act Café.

1.Mediterranean Vegie and Haloumi Sandwich – Eggplant, red onion, zucchini, haloumi, olive oil, olive tapenade, Harvest Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds bread, basil pesto, and baby capers. (V) $6.00

2.Roasted Cherry Tomato and Brie Baguette – Sour dough baguette, olive oil, brie, cherry tomatoes, pitted Kalamata olives, garlic, thyme and grated parmesan. (V) $6.00

3.Croque Madame – Egg, white bread, Mersey valley cheese spread, leg ham, Dijon mustard, butter and olive oil. $5.00

4.Chicken Schnitzel with coleslaw Sandwich – Chicken breast, plain flour, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, fennel bulb, red cabbage, flat leaf parsley, whole-egg mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and Turkish roll. $8.00

5.Aussie Steak Sandwich – Bush spice, smoked paprika, lemon rind, olive oil, garlic, 2 x minute steaks, red onion, pineapple, sourdough bread, whole-egg mayonnaise, lemon juice, beetroot, butter lettuce and Smokey BBQ sauce. $7.00
